Let me know if you’re interested in a safari, and we can make it happen! And, 10% of your safari cost is donated to the school.
How much does it cost to sponsor a child?
In keeping with Joy Kids Tanzania’s mission to provide quality education to children in need, we want to attract and retain the best teachers available, and compensate them fairly for their hard work and dedication. We believe that well-paid teachers are essential for the success of the school and the well-being of our students. To support this, tuition is $425 annually or $36 monthly. Your generous support will go towards helping empower the lives of children and families in this community.
Does my donation go directly to my child?
As a sponsor, you’re connected with the specific child you choose and your
donation directly provides the following gifts:
- School tuition
- Mid-morning nourishing porridge and a healthy lunch
- School transportation
What you receive when you sponsor a child
- A photo and information about the child you sponsor
- Yearly updates on your child’s academic progress
- Opportunities to write letters to your child at any time, with hand-carried letters delivered to your child each November.
